Not a lot when you consider that 53 percent still report being not engaged at work. In fact, they state that they’re not emotionally or cognitively connected to their work and in fact, want to do the bare minimum and want to leave the company quickly if they get even a slightly better offer.
A dire situation considering the employment rate in the country, this problem while rampant was seen as a challenge by many in the industry, one which they had to overcome. And for those in the modern technological industry, they might just be halfway to it!
